  Meritorious Service Medal (I was awarded this upon my retirement)

 

  Air Force Commendation Medal, I earned 4 of them

 

  Air Force Achievement Medal, I earned 3 of them

 

  Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, I earned 4 of them, 1 with Valor

 

  Air Force Outstanding Unit Award (Wore 2 because of the number of devices on 1st)

 

  Air Force Good Conduct Medal, I earned 6 of them

 

 National Defense Service Medal

 

 

  Armed Forces Expeditionary Service Medal

 

  Southwest Asia Service Medal, I earned 2 of them

 

  US Korea Defense Service Medal

 

  Humanitarian Service Medal

 

  Overseas Short Tour Ribbon, I earned 2 of them

Above are Oak Leaf Clusters worn on each ribbon to signify number of awards.   The first single cluster is silver and represents 5 awards (the ribbon and 4 clusters). The next single cluster is Bronze and represents 2 awards (the ribbon and 1 cluster).  The two clusters represent 3 awards (ribbon and 2 clusters), the three clusters represent 4 awards (ribbon and 3 clusters), the “V” device represents Valor and the two stars represents 2 awards of the Southwest Asia Service Medal.
